The room at Baya Hotel by Shanaya was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. From the non-smoking rooms to the mini bar, television, and air conditioning, they had thought of everything. The private balcony and seating area added an extra touch of luxury.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the in-room tablet. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Easy quick check in, good location, cheap, pool, nice sized room. English tv channels, allowed a late check out. Would stay here again.

Only complaint would be the mini bar was not stocked.

This hotel exceeded my expectations considering the price I paid for my stay. the location was perfect - it was very close to Patong beach but still managed to be quiet and peaceful. I loved how I could just walk a few minutes and be on the beach. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, including allowing our friends to store their bags in our room. The basic amenities were in good condition, and I especially appreciated the nice bathroom and the working air-conditioning. Lastly, the breakfast offered was simple but satisfying, with watermelon being my favorite.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Patong. the room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for money. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, with a nice bathroom and working air-conditioning. Additionally, the location was perfect - right near quiet but excellent night markets and close to the beach. It was so convenient to be able to stroll to the seafront or Bangla Road. The staff were friendly and provided good service, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the refreshing watermelon.

All was well with this hotel - no complaints.

Convenient Location and Nice View

The hotel was located in a prime area with easy access to many convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel also offers a fantastic rooftop view of the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a pleasant stay.

There were some downsides to our stay. The hotel lacked some of the amenities we were expecting and made it a bit challenging to fully relax.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and other popular spots like Paradise beach. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Guests have reported excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. the hotel also offers fast Wi-Fi and good air conditioning.

Some guests have reported negative experiences with the reception staff, who have been described as rude and unprofessional in handling requests and inquiries.

The hotel is perfectly located for those who love long walks to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. I had a delightful time enjoying the impeccable dishes at the restaurant and even had the chance to showcase my billiards skills. Free WiFi and parking were a bonus!

Oh, and let's not forget the charming decor of the hotel, straight from the 1970s with a touch of mildew. Absolutely fabulous!

The rooms are not well maintained and sometimes dirty, with old furniture, peeling paint, and faulty air conditioning. the hot water is not always available in the shower and the Wi-Fi signal is weak.
